Arpita Khan Sharma Divests Her 2,500 Square Feet Apartment for Rs. 22 Crore, Relocates to a Smaller Residence Arpita Khan has recently finalized the sale of her opulent apartment situated in the Flying Carpet Building in Khar West, Mumbai, for an impressive Rs. 22 crore, thereby realizing a profit from the transaction. 

Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, has been reported to have sold her prestigious apartment in the Khar locality of Mumbai. This expansive residence, located within the upscale Flying Carpet Building, encompasses 2,500 square feet.Arpita Khan Sharma acquired this splendid apartment in 2017 when it was valued at approximately Rs. 18 crore. The property features a generous terrace measuring 1,600 square feet and includes a parking facility capable of accommodating nine vehicles. It is noteworthy that this flat was a gift from salman khan to Arpita Khan Sharma and her spouse, Aayush Sharma. The buyer of Arpita Khan Sharma's apartment is Shivaya Cinewise Private Limited. 

Reports indicate that the sale of the 2,500-square-foot property was concluded on october 10, 2024. According to a report by Hindustan Times, the official registration fee for this premium property was Rs. 30,000, along with an additional stamp duty of Rs. 1.32 crore. The former residence of Arpita Khan is located in one of Mumbai's most sought-after areas, close to Pali Hill, Bandra Bandstand, Carter Road, and the Gymkhana Club. This neighborhood is home to numerous prominent figures in Bollywood, including Shah Rukh Khan, salman khan, Rekha, Ranbir Kapoor, and Naseeruddin Shah. 

The Flying Carpet Building is recognized as one of the premier residential complexes in Khar West, offering 3 and 4 BHK apartments priced between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 70,000 per square foot. Additionally, it has been reported that Arpita Khan Sharma purchased another apartment within the same building in 2022, which spans 1,750 square feet.
