Vivek Oberoi was in shock for 4-5 years?
Bollywood actor vivek Oberoi's name was linked with actress aishwarya Rai and rumors of their relationship were very much discussed. However, the relationship of both could not reach the stage of marriage. In the year 2010, vivek married priyanka Alva. Now recently the actor talked about his heartbreak and told that he felt as if he would remain single for life.
Speaking to Men XP, vivek oberoi said- 'Many people go in the opposite direction. They decide to date every girl who comes their way and vow to never commit seriously because it hurts a lot. Talking about his heartbreak, vivek said that he was in shock for four-five years.'
'It seemed that I would remain single for life'
vivek said- 'We often focus on the emotional reaction rather than the process of treatment. My emotional reaction lasted for 4-5 years. It was difficult until I found Priyanka. I was stuck in a negative mindset, I felt I would be single for life. I forgot who I really was, a boy who was in love with dedication. I changed myself and was punishing myself.'
Gave special advice to people
vivek oberoi did not stop here, he further advised to avoid giving too much of yourself to someone who has not earned their trust. He said- 'If it was not your fault and you were completely innocent, but you were used or abused, then it is important to protect yourself. Do not give too much of yourself to anyone until you are sure that the person is worthy of it.'
