The actor suffered six stab wounds while trying to protect his family during a robbery attempt. During a media interaction, one of the doctors revealed that Saif arrived at the hospital in an auto-rickshaw, accompanied by his 8-year-old son, Taimur ali Khan.

In an interview with india Today, Taimur's former nanny, Lalita D'Silva, praised his resilient mindset and shared her thoughts on whether there were any security lapses during her time working with the family.

She also shared her thoughts on how the intruder might have entered the house.

"Ihave no idea about where he came from and how he entered. It is a surprise. How will anybody know that he is entering, or that he's going to do such things? Many officers are coming and going to work. You've seen the building outside. I don't know how he could have entered. It's a big surprise to everyone," she said.

Saif ali Khan was discharged from the hospital yesterday, sporting a cast on his hand and a bandage on his neck. Despite his injuries, he smiled and waved at the paparazzi waiting outside.
