According to this, the film will have to take an opening of at least Rs 26 crore on the first day to become a hit, but before the release, the film data-faced some challenges.

If we look at the state-wise figures of booking of the film ‘Chhava’ till monday evening, surprisingly the biggest contribution is of Telangana state whose share is around 16 percent in the booking of Rs 4 crore, Maharashtra is at par with it whose audience's contribution is 16 percent in this booking, after this the maximum advance tickets have been sold in tamil Nadu at around 13 percent of the total booking of the film ‘Chhava’.Information has come to light that the share of a state like Tripura is even more than big states like Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. There is also a buzz in the mumbai film world since morning that the share of non-Hindi speaking states in the booking of ‘Chhava’ is more than that of Hindi-speaking states.
