Disha Salian Death Case Hearing: The hearing in the case of Disha Salian's suspicious death is going to be held in the bombay high court today, where Disha's father SatishSalian has reached and he has expressed confidence in the judiciary.

Disha Salian case is going to be heard in the bombay high court today2 April 2025. Disha's father SatishSalian had filed a petition, in which he demanded a fresh investigation into his daughter's death. Now Satish has reached the bombay High Court. He said that I trust the judiciary and God. This hearing will be on the writ petition filed by his father in the case related to the death of celebrity manager late Disha Salian. In the petition, Disha Salian's father SatishSalian demanded a fresh investigation into his daughter's death and questioning of some powerful people.


In the petition, he had claimed that Disha was raped and murdered. Satish Salian had insisted five years ago that his daughter was not raped and murdered. When questioned by the media, Satish Salian's lawyer NileshOjha said that 'the distraught father was misled by some political leaders and the police, who wanted to save the son of a prominent politician.'

Nilesh Ojha had filed a new FIR in the case of Disha's death on March 25. Ojha said that a written complaint has been filed with the police Commissioner and the names of Aditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, and sooraj pancholi have been mentioned in the FIR.According to Ojha, 'Aditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, sooraj pancholi and his bodyguard, Parambir Singh, Sachin Waze and rhea chakraborty are all accused in the FIR.'


He claimed that Parambir Singh was the main mastermind behind covering up the case. Ojha said, 'Parambir Singh held a press conference and fabricated lies to save Aditya Thackeray. The NCB investigation proves that aditya thackeray was involved in the drug trade and this has also been mentioned in the FIR. Some senior police officers were also involved in this conspiracy as they misused the police and government machinery, prepared false police records, suppressed witnesses, and tried to hide criminal evidence.'
