Hansika Motwani family dispute and legal battle..!?

Famous actress hansika motwani is embroiled in a family dispute. Her brother's wife filed a 489A case against her, and Hansika approached the high court seeking quashment. Hansika requested the bombay high court to quash the FIR filed by her sister-in-law Muskan Nancy James. Hansika has stated in her petition that she is living with her husband away from Anna Vadnan. According to the complaint, Hansika's brother prashant Motwani and james have been having an affair for a long time. The main allegation is that the couple broke up due to the interference of Hansika and her mother. However, on march 24, hansika motwani filed a quash in the High Court. The bombay high court has issued a notice on this.
Television actress james, who married prashant in 2020, has been living away from him since 2022. The petition states that her husband committed domestic violence against her and she was threatened with Bell's palsy (partial facial paralysis). Also, during the wedding celebrations of Roka and james, the FIR alleges that the Motwani family demanded expensive gifts and that her husband prashant Motwani pressured her to sell her flat to pay Rs 20 lakh for the wedding venue in Udaipur. However, hansika motwani denied all the allegations in her petition. hansika motwani stated in her petition that the dispute with her brother had been going on since 2021. The issue was resolved in 2022 through mutual divorce negotiations. Hansika counter-alleged that her mother, who was staying with her and watching call sheets, was also defaming her. Hansika stated that she got married in 2022 and has been living with her husband since the same year. She also explained in the quash petition that she has been away from her in-laws.


An FIR has been registered against the Motwanis under sections 498-A (cruelty to a woman), 323 (causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 34 (common intention) of the indian Penal Code. hansika motwani had earlier obtained anticipatory bail from the mumbai Sessions Court. On the career front, Hansika acted in the tamil horror film `Guardian`.
