In the viral video, sana can be heard saying, 'Hi friends, many of you are telling me that I have gained weight. Cheeks have filled up. To be honest, this used to matter earlier, but now it does not matter. It's my body. No matter how I look, it's my body. It's my choice how I look. I think I look great. I am great.'
