- In the rohit shetty firing case, Fasale is accused of supplying weapons used in the attack.

- Investigators state that he handed over the weapons to co-accused Swapnil Sakat on Lonkar’s instructions.

- Sakat is believed to have then passed those weapons to the unidentified shooter who carried out the firing.

- Among the previously arrested accused, Fasale is confirmed to have had direct links with Swapnil Sakat through Lonkar.

- police are still investigating where Fasale sourced the weapons and how the supply chain was arranged.

- Authorities are also trying to determine the payment details — including how much Fasale was paid and who financed the weapon purchase.

- Crime Branch officials say some people in Fasale’s close circle were aware of his gang links.
