Trisha made a comeback with 96 co-starring Makkal Selvan vijay Sethupathi and directed by cinematographer turned director Premkumar and is receiving a lot of awards after release and was a return to form for her.
Other than older movies she is acting in a double heroine subject which is bankrolled by All In Pictures and with Simran as another lead actress. The movie is helmed by sumanth Radhakrishnan of Sadhuram 2 fame and is being shot.
Now Trisha has committed to another project directed by Engeyum Eppothum fame Saravanan, returning to direction after a 3-year gap. This movie will have a story by director AR murugadoss who had also produced Saravanan's debut Engeyum Eppothum.
