One film director refused to do a film with Akhil?
Small film, Pellichoopulu has emerged as a big hit. The movie starring Vijay Devarakonda and Ritu Verma has got superb profits to everyone involved in its trade. In fact, the movie is the biggest hit in the recent years in terms of Return on Investment. The youthful movie is still going strong in the third week of its release.
Industry biggies are lining up to pour their praises on the film. Akhil Akkineni called for a
Pressmeet
and showered praises on the film and its director, Tharun Bhascker. Akhil himself revealed that he watched a shortfilm
of the director and asked him to come up with a story to do a film with him.But to Akhil's utter disbelief, the director told him there is no suitable script with him for Akhil. The Akkineni scion told about that to media and went on to say the offer is still open for Tharun. It has to be seen if the young land comes forward and grab it with both the hands.

. The movie which witnessed a massive pre-release business of 47 Crore could not even garner 20 Crore Share in its full run. The actor is taking so much of time for his second film. However, the script selection is not happening easily.
