Editorial - Where are these celebrities who posed for Photos with broom sticks for Swachch Bharath?
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Swachh Bharat campaign on October 2, 2014. As a part of this campaign, it is the duty of every citizen in the country to keep the streets, roads, and infrastructure of the place clean and tidy. This mission's main motive was to create a clean India.
As soon as this was launched all celebrities rushed to their streets and posed with broomsticks and started cleaning all the places. Various events happened and all celebrities showed their utmost interest in making a clean India. But, it has been more than 3 years and there have been zero improvements.
People still keep their surroundings dirty. Even our celebrities who posed with broomsticks and campaigned about cleanliness are nowhere to be seen! Now, as a throwback, we bring you the celebrities photos who posed for the cameras and were too active in the initial stages!
