The industry's current hot topic happens to be the upcoming film of Karthik Subbaraj, starring none other than Superstar Rajnikanth. Besides, the question of whether he'll make Trisha's longtime wish come true is also buzzing in the industry.
Having entered the industry through Jodi (1999), the actress has starred with almost all the top heroes of the industry including Kamal Hassan, Thala Ajith, Vikram, Suriya etc, and the only top star whom she hasn't paired with happens to be Superstar Rajnikanth.
She has the wish of pairing with superstar Rajinikanth from a long time, and whenever she gets an opportunity, she openly reveals that she wants to star with superstar Rajinikanth once in her life, that will give her a sense of fulfillment. However, with those top contenders being Anushka and Nayanthara, chances of Trisha pairing with Superstar Rajnikanth have become slightly tough. There are also plans to rope in some Bollywood heroine like Deepika Padukone, Radhika Apte or Kangana Ranaut, instead of a Kollywood actress.
