Anjali rests hopes on 'This' sequel
2009 saw the release of the friendship based drama Nadodigal, which was directed by Samuthirakani who had earlier directed few movies like Unnai Saranadaindhen and Neranju manasu both becoming failures.
However Nadodigal changed his fortune as the movie which revolved around few friends who come together to help another friend's love and data-face troubles turned a superhit and the movie starred Sasikumar, Bharani, Ganja Karuppu, Vijay Vasanth, Ananya, and Abinaya.
Now, Samuthirakani is all geared up for his next release, Nadodigal 2 the sequel to Nadodigal which again stars Sasikumar and this time around he'll be paired with Anjali and Athulya Ravi. Nadodigal 2 team is now targeting an April third-week release. Anjali who is having a bad time rests high hopes on this project.
