Nine YSR Congress MLAs have today abstained from the proceedings of
the house and even the other day. These nine MLAs did not take part in
the voting of No Confidence motion against the government and also
against the speaker.
Eight of these nine MLAs
have already joined TDP which is clearly evident why they have missed
the voting. Well a ninth MLA has also been absent in both the cases.
Sources say he is none other than Nellore MLA, Anil Kumar Yadav.
There
have been no such news regarding him and hence it is not clear if he is
gearing up to jump the fence or whether he revealed to Jagan about any
genuine reasons for being absent from the house. YSR Congress also
didn’t make any announcements over his absence.
The
No Confidence Motion against TDP government was decided by Voice Vote
which cannot be a basis to take action on those MLAs. For the No
Confidence Motion today, the party did not issue any whip.
