Pen drive conspiracy on Jagan
A pen drive is listed as a evidence in the Jagan case for allegedly receiving Rs.130 crore as quid pro quo payment, rather than investment in his companies from Dalmia group.
The CBI which hoisted disproportionate assets case on Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy amidst high voltage publicity now is struggling to prove their charges.
The CBI has a pen drive in form of documentation which allegedly has details of payments made to Jagan under pseudonyms like ‘ JR a/c, Sh. JR, J. Reddy acct and J.R. A/C;. The pen drive was seized during a raid on the house of a treasurer in Dalmia group of companies.
The CBI has now charged him of receiving Rs. 139 crore as payment from Dalmia group of companies for services rendered to them by his father YSR office term as chief minister .YSR is said to have not only given lime stone mining leases and also river water directly to their plant in Kadapa district .
Ironically the pen drive of Dalmia account shows that the cement company had paid an capital gains tax of Rs.6.87 crore to the IT department for the transaction made to Jagan.
