Vikas Dubey Encountered in a Shoot Out
One of the vehicles of the convoy of up Special Task Force which was bringing back gangster Vikas Dubey from mp to kanpur overturned near Barra area and this accident happened around 7 am. Vikas Dubey was injured along with a sub-inspector and two constables. Dubey tried to escape after this mishap and he was shot.
