Kulbhushan Jadhav has the right to make an appeal says Pakistan
The indian Navy Officer Kulbhushan Jadhav case has got some ray of hope as the pakistan Assembly has decided him to give a chance and now he can make a further appeal in the international court of Justice. The indian Navy Officer Kulbhushan Jadhav was taken by the pakistan Government and he was labeled as a terrorist by the pakistan Government.
There are lots of issues around his arrest and after imran khan took over pakistan as the prime minister the issues got settled down on a temporary note. However, even imran khan faced heat regarding keeping Kulbhushan Jadhav as a prisoner, and opposition parties pelted war of words against imran khan during the pakistan Assembly Session.
A death sentence was issued against Kulbhushan Jadhav and india took several steps to bring him back but nothing was worthwhile. No legal remedies were also given to the 50-year-old indian Navy Officer against the death sentence which was given to him. It should also be noted that always pakistan has denied appointing an indian lawyer for Jadhav whenever india makes a demand regarding the same. Now, finally, pakistan Assembly has adopted a bill and has given the rights to Jadhav to make his appeal before the international court of Justice.
