Shilpa Shetty Mother Duped of Rs.1.6 Crores in a Land Deal
It seems nothing is going in favor of shilpa Shetty's family right now as earlier raj Kundra who is the husband of shilpa shetty got arrested in the Pornography creation case and later his bail plea was also rejected by the high court of Mumbai. Now, shilpa Shetty's mother has been cheated by a fraudster and she was duped a huge amount of Rs.1.6 Crores while signing a land deal and now Juhu police have booked a forgery case and arrested a Karjat resident for alleged cheating.
An FIR was registered on forgery at the Metropolitan Magistrate court as shilpa Shetty's mom alleged that sudhakar sold her a plot in Raigad district for a huge amount of 1.6 Crores by telling her that the land belongs to him. The land was bought last year and just now she found that the land doesn't belong to him and finally she made confrontation against Sudhakar.
But sudhakar threatened with his political contacts and then Sundanda Shetty moved to court and then only police have filed an FIR and the issue was taken to the court for further proceedings. As per the mumbai Cops report, sudhakar is absconding at present and police are verifying all the related purchase documents which were submitted by Sunanda Shetty.
