The united states has lifted the ban on india as the impact of corona continues to decline with a lower number of cases. At the same time, the united states has added turkey to its list, as the fresh virus cases have increased in Turkey. The 2nd wave in india, which started last February, peaked in April-May. At that time hospitals across the country were overflowing with corona patients and things got worse among the public.

Due to this, various countries banned their flights and imposed travel restrictions on India. In particular, US President Joe Biden has ordered a ban on traffic with india since april 30th. Accordingly, all except American citizens were barred from coming from India. Although they were in india for just one day they were not permitted to enter the USA.

The ban was in effect for about 4 months. In this context, the daily virus outbreak in india began to decline. At one time the daily virus incidence was four lakhs, but now it is less than 50,000. As a result, the united states has eased restrictions on immigrants from India. Also, it has shifted india from Level 4 to Level 2 in aviation. Meanwhile, the ban and travel restrictions continue in Britain, the european union, Ireland, China, South Africa, Iran, and Brazil.
