A raipur court on friday allowed bail to chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel's dad Nand Kumar Baghel who was captured recently for supposedly offering frightful comments against the Brahmin people group. The 86-year-old Baghel senior was captured on Tuesday.

He didn't look for bail then, at that point, and the court remanded him in legal authority for 15 days. Later his attorney Gajendra Sonkar moved a bail application and looked for an earnest hearing.

In the wake of going through three days in prison, Nand Kumar Baghel left jail in the evening. The case was held up on september 4 at the DD nagar police headquarters here on a grievance recorded by the 'Sarv Brahmin Samaj'.

Boss minister Baghel had firmly objected to the comments purportedly made by his dad and said no one is above law. Nand Kumar Baghel was charged under indian Penal Code segment 153-A (advancing hostility between various gatherings). The complainant claimed that Nand Kumar had requested that individuals "blacklist" and oust Brahmins. As per the police, the comments were supposedly made during an occasion in Uttar Pradesh.

The cm had said that the comments hurt the opinions of a local area and "I'm likewise tormented by them."
