The 30-year-old engineer living in faridabad with his wife hails from Umaidgar village and they had been married for about a year and a half. The police also enlisted the help of the NDRF squad and local divers in the search for Sandip to find the missing engineer. According to Sandip's family, the occurrence would not have befallen if the officers had installed blockades at the ghat.
