We can't keep waiting for Congress indefinitely without any solution
The trinamool congress has stated that it will not be able to wait endlessly for a congress party to come together and unite the opposition against the BJP. In the 2024 lok sabha elections, opposition groups are already preparing to depose the BJP. The situation is such that the opposition can't conceive of anything but the congress Party's viewpoint. The congress, on the other hand, has no plans to run in the 2024 parliamentary elections.
Meanwhile, opposition parties have been attempting to contact the congress party on a regular basis to inquire about their views on the 2024 election. However, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu prasad Yadav recently stated that if the RJD joined with the congress in Bihar's next elections, the party would not even receive a deposit. The trinamool congress, which has been eager to cooperate with the congress to rally the opposition across the country to fight the bjp in elections without rejecting it outright like the Rashtriya Janata Dal, has stated that it can no longer wait for a response.
Sukendu Sehgar Roy, a prominent leader of the trinamool congress, said today, "Mamata Banerjee, the leader of her party, has approached sonia gandhi, the interim leader of the congress, to build an alliance with various opposition parties to combat the BJP. But it was in vain. No one has proposed forming an alliance with the other parties to fight the bjp except the trinamool congress leader. He met sonia gandhi as well as a number of other world leaders."
