Prime minister narendra modi on tuesday met with Israeli prime minister Naphtali Bennett at the ongoing COP26 summit in Glasgow, Britain.


The two leaders were very affectionate during the meeting.

Bennett's office made a tweet regarding the meeting on his behalf.

"The meeting with narendra modi during the COP26 conference was wonderful. Narendra, I thank you for playing a historic role in shaping the bonds between our countries," he said.


Together we can take India-Israel ties to new heights. Bennett also said that your country looks like a bright future.


The same video also shows the two leaders having fun talking. When Bennett first met prime minister Modi, Bennett asked, "Do you have Dhanteras today?" Will ask. To which Modi says "Oh though. Do you know that".

After that "Yes. You are also very popular in our country. Why not join our party?" Bennett says .. Modi laughs out loud at that. The two then discussed India-Israel relations.
