We urge the
tamil Nadu
government to appeal to the
supreme court against the
chennai High Court's decision to delete the Vanniyar Reservation Act. We hope that the
tamil Nadu
government would file an appeal with all relevant documents to the
supreme Court. We will join forces on this issue and fight for justice. We'll try hard to secure a reservation for the Vanni in that category as soon as possible.
On the one side, there will be a judicial battle to maintain the Vanniyar reservation, while the
bjp would take political action. Only 10.50 percent of the reservation has been allocated without reservation similar to the Vanni population? To me, the concept was reassuring. The
chennai High Court's decision has transformed that position, giving us the chance to win a population-based reservation once more. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The challenging 10.50 percent Vannier internal reserve enrolls millions of
students in higher education. Thousands of
people have gone to work for the government. Their whole existence is in jeopardy. Hundreds of thousands of
people are vying for a spot in the civil
service through a series of competitive exams to be held in the near future. Will there be a chance at the soon-to-be-started medical student admissions now that the NEET exam results have been released? Hundreds of thousands of
students are eagerly awaiting their chance. PMK will go to great lengths to ensure that their faith is not tainted.
