The monsoon has destroyed 942 roadways in Chennai. To repair it, the corporation has begun reconstruction work at a cost of Rs 1.50 crore. chennai Corporation issued a press release in this respect, stating that the corporation maintains 387 km of 471 bus lanes and 5,270 km of 34,640 internal roads.
