Chinmaya Vidyalaya School Principal Arrested in POCSO act under S*Xual Harassment case
In coimbatore, police are investigating a case of a student committing suicide as a result of sexual harassment by a teacher. The Chinmaya Vidyalaya student committed suicide at home by hanging herself. police from Ukkadam came on the site and began an inquiry. A letter written by the student was found in the room where she committed suicide. Some children were referred to a teacher and advised not to leave them alone, according to the letter.
The student's body was then recovered by the Ukkadam police and taken to the coimbatore Government Hospital for an autopsy. One of the school teachers is accused of sexually harassing the student who committed suicide. The case is being investigated by Ukkadam police after the student's parents filed a complaint. The case was then transferred to the Western District's All women police Station. women police detained and jailed the instructor who was charged with inducing a student to commit suicide under various sections of the law, including the POCSO act.
At the coimbatore Government Hospital, the body of the student who committed suicide was autopsied. Her parents refused to buy the body, therefore it was held in the hospital. In this case, the Principal who went missing was arrested today morning and she was taken to jail for further inquiry.
