The state government friday released guidelines for the transfer of employees in Telangana. Counselling will handle the process of employee transfers and postings. 


Hyderabad: The state government on friday released guidelines for job transfers in Telangana. The state government has issued guidelines on transfers and postings in line with the new locality.

The state government has issued directions to complete the transfer process within a week. The government has given three days to take up duties after transfers and postings. 



The government has also given guidelines for district-level postings. The government will issue separate guidelines for zonal and multi-zonal posts.

It is learned that two days ago the government released guidelines for the transfer of spouses and employees. Undertook the process of job transfers as per the new zonal policy. 



The guidelines state that the government will consider spouses working in the same place. It said it would consider spouses' applications, along with appeals, after joining new postings in line with the new zonal policy. 



The opportunity to appeal after joining the new posting in accordance with the zonal policy. The General Administration Department has issued directions to this effect. 



District cadre employees should appeal to the district Branch. Zonal and multi-zonal cadre employees should appeal to the head of the department. All such appeals should be reported by the department heads to the concerned departmental secretary. 



The government has directed the secretaries of all the departments to resolve the appeals expeditiously after a full inquiry.



Spouse cases will be examined to ensure that employed spouses work in the same place. Department heads are required to review all spousal case applications and report to the relevant departmental secretary with appropriate recommendations. 



 In a recent meeting with the district Collectors, it is known that the chief minister KCR has ordered to complete the division of employees in accordance with the new zonal policy. 



He said integrated development would take place only if government employees move to remote areas and work. It was suggested that the process should be conducted in full transparency. 



Employees who are spouses are of the opinion that they can stay calm and work efficiently if they work together. He said spousal cases should be considered so as not to disrupt local jobs.
