Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, and google are buying semiconductor chips manufactured by samsung Electronics and SK Hynix in china, and the chip is being used in many products such as smartphones, computers, and electric cars worldwide.
Samsung has built the country's largest chip factory in the central Chinese region of Xian since 2012 with an investment of around $26 billion. The Chinese factory accounts for 15 percent of global NAND production and 45 percent of Samsung's total production.
