'One nation, One fertilizer' scheme rolled out!!!
The central government has come up with the 'One Nation One Fertilizer Scheme' for the farmers. A 'single brand for fertilizers and logo' will be introduced under the fertilizer subsidy scheme named 'Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Fertilizer Project' (PMBJP). Under this scheme, Urea, DAP, MOP and NPK will be available under the same brand name. Instructions have also been issued by the government to all fertilizer factories, state trading companies and marketing companies of fertilizers. Companies have been asked to sell all types of fertilizers in a sack like the same logo.
What will be the benefit to the farmers?In this scheme all the sacks of manure will be same. Since all the sacks are similar, it will be easy to identify them. It will be known only from these sacks that this fertilizer is subsidized manure. It is to be used only for agricultural purposes. If someone does black marketing of it, then it will be easy to identify him.
How will the theft of fertilizer be stopped?On 2/3rd portions of one side on the sack of fertilizer the logo will be printed. On the other hand, in the remaining one-third part, the company will print its details and prescribed facts. prime minister Bhartiya Jan Fertilizer Project will be printed on every sack. In such a situation, if someone does black marketing of it, then it will be easy to catch him.Do not buy old sackAll companies have been asked by the government not to buy sacks with old designs and logos after september 19, 2022. He has made it clear that now the new sacks purchased for packing of fertilizer should be designed under one nation-one fertilizer. This brand will be launched in the market on 2 october 2022. At the same time, the last date for the consumption of old sacks has also been fixed till december 21, 2022.
