Bharat Jodo Yatra advice to Congress refuel vehicles in BJP
Bharat Jodo Yatra: Save money by filling oil from bjp states... Hardeep Puri's sarcasm on Congress's 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' Union Petroleum minister Hardeep Singh puri took a dig at Congress's india Jodi yatra and said that they must get oil filled from BJP-ruled states during their visit. This will also save a lot of money.
On Friday, Union minister Hardeep puri said congress leaders can save Rs 1,050-2,205 per diesel vehicle traveling 3,500 km from 12 states during the yatra. In a series of tweets, the Union minister says, "Advice to congress is to get fuel filled in bjp affiliated states before entering those states. Because many states refused to reduce fuel prices." For example, there is a difference of Rs 14.5 per liter in fuel between telangana and Jammu and Kashmir."
Taking a dig, puri advises the congress party, "Money can be saved: 3.07/liter by refueling in haryana instead of Delhi, 3.96/liter by refueling in UP instead of Rajasthan, by refueling in maharashtra instead of Telangana." 3.55/Litre whereas, tamil Nadu and kerala can save 6.35/Litre and 8.63/Litre respectively by not refueling.
Puri further adds, "Overall, during its journey in 12 states, 3,500 km and 150 days, the congress can save between Rs 1,050 and Rs 2,205 per diesel vehicle. Given their huge contingent and convoy of luxury vehicles, congress can save between Rs 1,050 and Rs 2,205 per diesel vehicle. The 'young' leaders are usually traveling, they might even thank me for this advice later!"
Significantly, rahul gandhi will undertake a 3,500 km march from Kanyakumari to kashmir which will be completed in 150 days and will cover 12 states. After reaching kerala on 11 September, the yatra will pass through this state for the next 18 days, reaching karnataka on 30 September. Then it will be in karnataka for 21 days before moving north
