On Saturday, telangana chief minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao, also known as kcr, was accused of betraying the state by renaming trs as Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on the suggestion of "Tantriks," according to Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman. In order to realise the telangana sentiment, the telangana rashtra samithi (TRS) was founded. At the time, the Union minister stated that the priority for the telangana statehood desire were money, water, and appointments (jobs).

The promise of social justice and women's empowerment was also made. But during the four years between 2014 and 2018, the trs government did not have a single female minister. There was no female minister for about a year, even after trs was re-elected. According to certain Tantriks, it appears that women were not given representation in the Cabinet. telangana state, according to the minister, was created in 2014 with a surplus of revenues. "Today, telangana state owes Rs 3 lakh crore in debt, with its debt to GSDP ratio reaching around 25%.

"The Kaleswaram project, which deals with water, was originally estimated to cost Rs 40,000 crore, but without a clear justification for the price increase, it has ballooned to Rs 1,40,000 crore. The trs administration broke its third pledge to create jobs and betrayed the populace. The trs government has completely failed on each of the three fronts - money, water, and jobs "Sitharaman remarked. The minister stated that kcr ceased visiting the secretariat on the advise of Tantriks and numerologists, did not appoint women to his cabinet for many years, and has now changed the party's name to BRS on Tantrik's suggestion.
