The supreme court came under intense fire on Telangana's attitude towards andhra pradesh Vidyut employees. Even after they said this, Justice Dharmadhikari came under fire for not implementing the report of the commission as it was. Moreover, this is the last chance. If this is not implemented, court contempt actions are also wrong.

After the division of the state, the employees of all the departments were divided based on population. According to this, the employees of the electricity department have also been divided into two states. However rejecting this, the telangana government complained to the Centre. With this, the Center has formed a committee headed by Justice Dharmadhikari and assigned the process of separation of electricity employees. With this, the Dharmadhikari Committee called the employees from the two states and held a special meeting in Hyderabad. Similarly, how many employees are there from both states? After discussing their nativity, she finally gave a report.

This was implemented by ap and 8 hundred people who came from telangana were appointed as employees. Some of them are of telangana nativity. However. telangana has put a patch on the implementation of this report. Stating that they don't have enough financial resources, they are not in a position to hire so many employees, they can't even pay salaries. Who is the real Dharmadhikari? That's what the employees questioned. Ultimately it went to the supreme Court.

After long hearings on this, the court said that the report given by the trustee committee should be implemented. However, telangana decided not to hire 84 employees. Since then they are not getting any salary. However recently telangana government has decided to give two months' salary. The supreme court expressed its anger at the telangana government for not implementing the orders regarding the separation of electricity employees. The bench heard the petition filed by the employees that the orders of the supreme court were not implemented in the matter of giving appointment orders to many people from Andhra. The bench opined that the telangana government is not implementing the orders given several times to act according to the Justice Dharmadhikari Committee report.

On this occasion, it has been commented that this is contempt of court and the solution is imprisonment for the officials of the concerned electricity department. The supreme court ordered immediate appointment orders for 84 people who were relieved from ap power companies. It has been decided that this is the last chance to implement Justice Dharmadhikari's report in two weeks. It has postponed further investigation saying that it will review this matter again on the 31st of this month.
