Politically Chandrababu is even senior than narendra modi who is the prime minister of the country today. He assumed responsibility as the joint ap cm on september 1, 1995. Six years later, in 2001, Modi became the prime minister of Gujarat. gujarat is a small state compared to AP. Moreover, Babu is already a leader who is turning the wheel at the national level.

Babu wants the two parties to meet again by 2024. He is making efforts for that. But before the 2019 elections, Babu looked to build a non-BJP front at the national level. That's how Modi became Kannera. It is said that Anandu Babu's powerful statements that he will make Modi a former prime minister also angered Modi. Apart from that, Modi is well aware of Babu's capabilities and contacts at the national level. That is why he is saying that he is not helping Babu to regain his former glory politically. But Babu has changed. He is saying that he will not even look at the national political scene as long as Modi is there.
