Telangana Hyderabad - Heatwave across the state for the next five days

A heat wave warning was issued for many state districts on sunday by the telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) in this city. For the next five days, the city's maximum temperature is expected to range between 40 and 46 degrees Celsius. For the next five days, Hyderabad's highs are predicted to reach 40 degrees Celsius. Early last week, the city and certain areas of telangana had sporadic rain and thunderstorms.

Jagtial, Karimnagar, Mancherial, Adilabad, Mulugu, Kumuram Bheem, bhadradri Kothagudem, Nalgonda, Khammam, and peddapalli districts are being marked as having temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius. Four days before, Rajendra nagar and other areas of hyderabad were hit by heavy rains that also affected Charminar, Bahadurpura, and the surrounding Zoo Park.

The showers gave the summer heat some much-needed reprieve. The rains are a result of Cyclone Mocha, which is now building over the Bay of bengal and might become a very severe storm by Friday, according to the indian Meteorological Department (IMD). For the next seven days, the city's maximum temperature is expected to range between 39 and 45 degrees Celsius.

The weather service issued an alert for the city of Hydearbad, predicting a heatwave there through sunday with daytime highs of 45 degrees Celsius.
