The india Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that heavy rains will fall in Hyderabad. The hyderabad Meteorological Center has issued an orange alert stating that there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning in all the six mandals of Hyderabad. The hyderabad Meteorological Center has issued an orange alert for heavy rains in Telangana. Heavy rains with thunder, lightning, and gusty winds are likely to occur in telangana today, according to the Meteorological Department. It said that heavy rains will fall in the city from Mosend on wednesday and Thursday. The weather department has predicted cloudy skies in Charminar, Khairatabad, Kukatpally, LBnagar, Secunderabad, and Serilingampally zones of Hyderabad. Along with this, moderate rains or thundershowers are likely to occur, the Meteorological Department said.
Siddipet recorded the highest rainfall of 194 mm in the last 24 hours. The telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) said that Asif nagar in hyderabad recorded the highest rainfall of 55.5 mm. Temperatures rose slightly in several districts of the state along with hyderabad on Tuesday, with the maximum temperature exceeding 37 degrees Celsius in some districts. The maximum temperature in hyderabad was 34.5 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 25.3 degrees Celsius. Concerned sections said that people should take due precautions and plan their journey accordingly considering the estimates made by IMD-Hyderabad and TSDPS.

Also, the IMD said that rains will occur in most parts of the state. It said rain will occur in Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda, Rangareddy, Medchal, Nizamabad, Jagityala, Mulugu, Khammam, bhadradri Kothagudem, Nalgonda, Suryapet and hyderabad districts. Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy, nagar Kurnool, yadadri and Vanaparthi districts have been warned of heavy rains from Mosend.
