Telangana DGP orders transfer of 26 DSPs

Anjani Kumar, the director General of police (DGP) for Telangana, gave orders on wednesday to transfer 26 personnel with the rank of Deputy Superintendent of police (DSP) and place them in other positions. On the other hand, new Assistant Commissioners of police (ACPs) have been deployed to the jubilee hills and Chilkalguda divisions of the hyderabad municipal police.

In accordance with the directives, N Ch Rangaswamy, AC Balanagi Reddy, P srinivas, ACP of Madhapur, N Ramchander Rao, ACP of Shamshabad, and ACP of sultan Bazaar have all been appointed. In addition, Ramchander Rao, jeevan reddy L, srinivas Padmanabhula, and others have been appointed as the ACPs of Shamshabad, Cyberabad, and Huzurabad, respectively.

Earlier, Anakapalli DSP B. sunil was allegedly discovered utilising a vehicle for his own purposes that had been confiscated in a marijuana smuggling case. When the cop and family members in the automobile were involved in an accident in Visakhapatnam, the event came to light. On Sunday, numerous tdp politicians from the Anakapalli and Visakhapatnam districts criticised the police officer for his actions after videos of the DSP riding a four-wheeler went viral. The peddlers rushed off, leaving the car in the Mandal in the anakapalle area, and the Kasimkota police confiscated it in July of last year.
