UP News: Another blow to SP leader Azam Khan..?
Y category security of senior Samajwadi party leader Azam Khan has been removed. In a letter issued by the Uttar Pradesh police Security Department, it has been said that no justification has been found for maintaining Y category security for Azam Khan. A meeting was held last year regarding providing security to VVI. This meeting took place on 8 november 2022. In this, a decision was also taken regarding the security of Azam Khan. Under Y category security, a total of 11 personnel are deployed in the security of the VVIP leader. It also has two commandos and two PSOs.
Azam Khan is now returning to work after being in jail and in poor health. He is meeting the workers regarding the 2024 elections. SP leader Azam Khan along with his son Abdullah Azam went to Malihabad on tuesday for a mango feast with Samajwadi party President Akhilesh Yadav. Before leaving for Malihabad, Azam spent more than two hours with Akhilesh at the lucknow party office. Political issues, especially issues related to the opposition alliance and the strategy for the lok sabha elections, were discussed in detail in both the leaders. Azam is regularly meeting party leaders and workers in Rampur and preparing the ground for the 2024 elections.
