Telangana chief minister BRS chief kcr, a senior congress leader, bhadrachalam Constituency mla Podem Veeraiah of khammam district, and thousands of locals have complained to the police. In this complaint, it is stated that cm kcr had showered promises on bhadrachalam, which is an st constituency, but so far not a single promise has been fulfilled. mla Veeraiah said that kcr had visited bhadrachalam only 3 times after the formation of Telangana. After 2014, 2016, and 2022, kcr has not even seen the face of bhadrachalam till now. In the last visit, kcr promised to allocate funds for the development of the bhadrachalam region, but the promise has not been fulfilled so far, even though years have passed. He stated that the funds are not given because he, the congress party candidate, has won here.
CM kcr has promised to allocate 1000 crores to build pucca houses for the flood victims in the year 2022 during floods again. Similarly, it is said that kcr has forgotten the promise that he would build the embankment by raising the height of the embankment to prevent floods. The complaint stated that the chief minister had cheated the people of bhadrachalam constituency. To this extent, mla Veeraiah handed over a complaint to SSI Madhu prasad at bhadrachalam police Station to register a case against KCR.
He complained that Rs 100 crores had been announced for the development of Ramalaya in the past but no one had given even a penny so far. Moreover, Veeraiah commented in front of the media that cm kcr will say that he is a non-devotee. However, the police say that they cannot register a case on such things.
