How 26 parties came together in the opposition alliance?


1. First of all, contacts were made with like-minded parties in the coalition states. Talks were started with those parties which have been in alliance with the congress in the past. Among these, parties like CPM, SP, Trinamool and PDP are prominent.

nitish kumar met congress President MallikarjunKharge in May after meeting all the leaders. In this meeting there was talk on the show of strength of opposition unity, after which nitish kumar returned to Patna. In June, invitations were sent to 18 parties on behalf of nitish kumar and Lalu Yadav.

Mamta Banerjee and akhilesh yadav gave the argument for the meeting in Patna. Both the leaders said that the meeting held in delhi does not reach its mission. patna is the land of JP movement and the message of saving democracy will be given from there.

2. In the patna meeting, it was proposed to hold the next meeting in Shimla, but due to the weather, it was shifted to Bengaluru. Before the Bengaluru meeting, congress added 8 parties to its quota. Most of these parties are from kerala and tamil Nadu.

Experts say that keeping in view the local politics, congress has joined these parties together. The Left is in power in kerala, while the DMK is in tamil Nadu. congress is trying to get more seats by joining smaller parties in both the places.

On the advice of nitish kumar, the next meeting of the opposition front has been held in Mumbai. There has been turmoil in the politics of maharashtra since last year. After Shiv Sena, it has recently broken into NCP. Opposition parties are trying to take a psychological edge by holding a meeting there.
