Telangana BRS, BJP weakened rights of workers

SIBY JEYYA
According to Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, the leader of the congress Legislature party (CLP), the BRS and bjp administrations at the state and federal levels appear to be ignoring worker rights while eroding the legislation designed to safeguard them. He cited the previous introduction of a bill securing minimum salaries by the Congress.

The minimum wage board in a state like Sakala Janula Samme, which was founded following a strong social movement, was not reviewed by the BRS administration. This demonstrates a disregard for employees' rights, and Bhatti advised the workforce to speak up and hold the BRS administration responsible for its deeds.

The exploitation of workers by the outsourcing system is one of the topics that workers should bring up. Furthermore, the government misappropriated 10,000 crore that was raised through a cess for the welfare of employees. Furthermore, the NREGS (National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme), which might benefit almost 54 lakh people, is not being adequately implemented by the state administration.

Bhatti stated the pledges that the congress intends to keep if it wins the 2023–2024 elections. He encouraged the workers to be wary of feudalistic and capitalist administrations and not be fooled by their rhetoric in order to achieve their goal of working for the welfare of both the organised and unorganised sectors.
