The chief minister has ordered to declare a holiday for all educational institutions tomorrow (Friday) due to the incessant heavy rains. The IMD has warned that the rains will create havoc in telangana for two more days. A red alert has been announced across Telangana. Due to this, the government was alerted and announced holidays for educational institutions first. Already two consecutive days of holidays have come due to rain. Now with friday also being declared as a holiday, it will be five consecutive days of holidays. chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao has directed the State education minister Sabitha indra Reddy to declare a holiday for all educational institutions in the state tomorrow (Friday) due to incessant heavy rains and to issue orders immediately in this regard. Due to this, the education Department has issued instructions to the respective district administrations. All educational institutions have been instructed to give friday holidays.
The 28th is declared a holiday and the next day is the 29th of Muharram. That is why there is an official holiday on that day. The 30th came on Sunday. It will be like five consecutive days of vacation. According to the government calendar, the 28th is the Muharram festival and the 29th is Muharram general holiday. But many people thought that the 28th would be given as an optional holiday. But the government itself announced the holiday. 29 will be applicable for holiday schools. The 30th was a sunday anyway so a total of five days off in a row.
