Shilpa Shetty's businessman husband raj Kundra's 'Ashleel Video Shoot' case, actress Gahana Vashishtha has got a regular bail from the supreme Court. Right now she was out on interim bail. Interim bail is granted to the accused or convicted for a very short period of time. Gahanna said that advocates Ajit Bagh and abhishek Inde pleaded on their behalf in the supreme Court. raj Kundra was arrested by the mumbai Crime Branch on July 19, 2021, in a case of making porn films. After this, the mumbai Crime Branch filed a 1500-page charge sheet against raj Kundra in court. raj Kundra was granted bail after about 62 days in the case. raj Kundra is accused of blackmailing many struggling actresses along with making obscene content and uploading it on an app called Hotshot.
After receiving regular bail from the supreme court, Gahana said that he has not committed any crime. After the complaint of the actress raj Kundra, the director of her company Abhijit Bhomble, ajay Shrimant, and prince Kashyap besides Gahana Vasishtha was made accused. Gahana said that the actress had filed a complaint at the Malwani police station on July 27, 2021, that her obscene videos were broadcast while she had only given permission to shoot them. Gahana denied these allegations and said that the actress had shot the film with some producers. She was also one of the producers. After the completion of the film and dubbing, the actress filed a police complaint. Gahana also had to stay in jail in this case. Gahana said that after his interim bail was rejected by the Lower Court, Sessions, and High Court, the final bail was received by the supreme court on september 23, 2021.
