The State government has chosen to combine the telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) with the government, a decision that will benefit more than 46,000 employees. The State cabinet, which convened here on Monday, decided in favour of this. Following the lengthy conversation, the administration also resolved to introduce a bill during the upcoming assembly session, which starts on Thursday.
All 46,746 TSRTC personnel will be regarded as government employees as soon as the Bill is enacted. All advantages offered to government workers in other departments would be available to them as well.
