Within hours of receiving the complaint, sircilla police solved the murder case of a 65-year-old man by apprehending three people, among them his wife, and confiscating a car, a phone, and $20,000 in cash from their hands in the Rajanna sircilla area on Thursday. According to SP akhil Mahajan, the accused are inhabitants of sircilla town and include the victim's wife, Ramdani Kanakavva, 60, Yedula Narasaiah, 37, and Kavalla Abhilash, 24. The victim was named as Ramdani Kashaiah.

Twenty-five years ago, Kashaiah and Kanakavva, vegetable traders from the siddipet district who had two married daughters and a mentally ill son, moved from siddipet to Sircilla. In the past, Kashaiah, an alcoholic, battered and tormented his wife because he doubted her loyalty. Kanakavva, unable to stand his agony, paid Narsaiah and Abhilash to kill her husband in exchange for a sum of three lakhs.

On July 13, while Kashaiah was asleep at home, they used a pillow to suffocate him to death. At Nehru Nagar, they later interred the body next to the Manair Vagu check dam. In a complaint made to sircilla police on august 2, Kashaiah's brother Ramdani Yellaiah of Ramancha village in siddipet district stated that his brother had been gone for 14 days and that he suspected his wife's role in his disappearance. After conducting an investigation, the police detained the three suspects in the hamlet of Thangallapally. The SP was grateful to the investigation team for quickly solving the matter.
