Harish Rao compared the State's healthcare accomplishments with those of other states, pointing out that while telangana ranks third in the medical and healthcare sector, other states, including those controlled by the bjp and the congress parties and located in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh, lag far behind telangana despite claiming to have strong governance.

In addition, brand-new medical facilities are being built around the state, notably health City in Warangal, which has 2,000 beds. Since the State's founding, the number of beds in government hospitals has increased quickly, from 17,000 to 34,000.
The minister stated that telangana wants to reach 50,000 beds over the next six to 12 months thanks to ongoing growth plans, making high-quality healthcare available to everyone, especially the economically disadvantaged sectors.
