Pawan Kalyan Slams AP Government.! 'Ji Huzoor'.!
Janasena leader Pawan kalyan commented that there is no democratic rule in AP, but the rule of kings. He said that he imagined a situation where ycp leaders and rulers will join hands by saying "Ji Huzoor" to every work. He said that once upon a time there were kings who said that no matter what we do, no one should ask us, now the same is happening in AP.
"There should be decentralization of power in the state. They are taking the money of the rural people. It is not right that even the village governance should be done from the CM's office. They are depriving the local bodies of their constitutional powers. Our state is still ruled by kings. The funds given by the Center should go directly to the Gram panchayat account. The matter of funds given to gram panchayats will be taken up by the central government," explained Pawan.
Pawan said that there is a need to study the panchayati Raj system implemented in the state of Kerala. The power of check should be with sarpanches. The volunteer system and the village secretariat system are said to be complementary institutions. He said that the volunteers and secretariat employees are workers of the ruling party.
