Raja Singh, a suspended Bharat Janata party lawmaker and Goshamahal mla, made the startling admission in the telangana assembly that he will not participate in the next legislature. Singh said that he was uncertain as to which members of the current assembly will serve in the upcoming one. "However, I believe that I will not be there," he continued.
Vikram Goud, one of the candidates for the bjp ticket from the Goshamahal assembly constituency, met with Eatala Rajender, the head of the bjp State election Committee, last month. This sparked questions about Singh's position in the party. Despite being given the lok sabha ticket from Zaheerabad, raja Singh is adamant about running for the same assembly seat a third time.
In a speech delivered during zero hour, the mla from Goshamahal seat alleged that both insiders and outsiders oppose his presence in the Assembly. Singh also asked K Chandrashekar Rao, the chief minister, to go to Dhoolpet, where he was born, and to assure the prosperity of his district. Even if I am not here, he said, "I want your blessings to be on Dhoolpet because they need development and jobs."
