Telangana - HMDA rakes in Rs 3,625.73 cr from auction of 100 acres in Budwel

The e-auction of 100 acres in Budwel on thursday brought in Rs 3,625.73 crore for the hmda, with the highest per-acre price being Rs 41.25 crore. On thursday at 11 a.m., the e-auction got underway. The layout consists of a total of 14 plots, with data-sizes ranging from 3.47 acres to 14.33 acres. These plots are well-connected to the city through ORR and other highways. 


The average bid price per acre was Rs 36.25 crore, while the upset price was set at Rs 2000.20 crore. According to officials, the layout is built with the most up-to-date infrastructure, comparable to Neopolis at Kokapet, and includes highways that are 36 and 45 metres wide as well as plots designated for high-rise structures.


Once again hmda is ready for e-auction of lands.  A notification has been issued for the sale of land in Ranga Reddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, and sangareddy districts.  

Bairagiguda, Manchirevula, Kokapet, Nalgandla, Budvel, Chandanagar, Peerancheruvu in Rangana Reddy.

Bachupalli, Bourampeta, Chengicherla, suraram in Medchal-Malkajgiri.  

Velimala, Nandigaya, Aminpur, Pathiganapur, Kishtareddypet in sangareddy will be sold.


Minimum and maximum prices for an aquare yard are respectively Rs. 12000 and Rs. 65000.  The data-size of the plot varies from 302 to 8,591 square yards.  The registration deadline is august 16.  Starting on august 18, the auction will take place.  On the official website, all the information is available.
