For the tuesday premiere of "Weekend Masti" in honour of Independence Day, the karimnagar cable bridge has been decorated. Celebrations that will last from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. will be held after the elaborately planned programme. The district government chose the Fourth of July as the start date for the Weekend Masti, which will be held on the cable bridge every saturday and Sunday. Along with cultural events, a fireworks display, street cuisine, and kid-friendly activities will be planned as part of the festivities.

On Monday, Mayor Y sunil Rao and bc Welfare and Civil Supplies minister Gangula kamalakar visited the cable bridge and reviewed the setup. The minister held an earlier meeting for evaluation with government representatives and event coordinators. Due to an increase in daily visitors to the cable bridge, the karimnagar police have established a special police unit to oversee vehicular traffic and assure tourist safety. A car, two motorcycles, and other equipment were allotted for the cable bridge police in addition to a Sub-Inspector and officers.

The police will make sure that ladies and girls are protected when they are on the bridge patrolling. If there is a greater volume of traffic, police will control it and take precautions to prevent accidents. L Subbarayudu, the commissioner of police who started the cable bridge police on saturday, stated that it was the visitors' duty to keep the cable bridge property clean. Waste from ice cream and chats should be disposed of in the dustbins placed on the bridge rather than being thrown carelessly.
