Naseer, a suspected terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) based in kerala, who preaches Jihad to the inmates of his community while in the dark room of Agrahara Central Jail, Parappa. The CCB investigation found out that the money had arrived. Another suspected terrorist ahmed Junaid of RT nagar sent money from abroad to Naseer in Parappa's Agrahara Central Jail through his trusted Bhandar, which Naseer used for his clandestine activities in the jail. Also, the grocery store owner who was delivering money to Naseer is considered as an important witness in the case. CCB top sources told 'Kannadaprabha' that he was interrogated and his statement obtained.

Naseer of Malappuram district of kerala state, who has close links with Pakistan-based LeT, is the main accused in the 2008 Bangalore bomb blast case. CCB investigation revealed that Naseer had recently provided assistance to suspected LeT terrorists who were planning serial bomb blasts in Bengaluru. The financial transaction was discovered when Naseer, who was in jail, was taken into custody on the permission of the court and interrogated by the CCB. In 2017, when Parappa was admitted to Agrahara Central Jail in connection with a murder case, Naseer met ahmed Junaid of Mathadahalli near RT Nagar. Naseer, who has been imprisoned for the past 12 years, used to preach Jihad to the undertrials and sentenced prisoners of his community who came to the jail with criminal acts like murder, robbery and extortion. Similarly, Junaid and his companions were filled with Naseer fundamentalism. After this, Naseer and Junaid developed a close friendship. In 2021, Junaid, who went to jail again in the Sandalwood smuggling case, was appointed to the LeT organization. After getting bail, Junaid fled to Dubai. The CCB officials said that Junaid, who had planned a serial blast in Bangalore while he was abroad, had supplied the necessary weapons and financial assistance to his accomplices.

Similarly, Naseer has also been paid 10 lakhs by Junaid for two years. Junaid had supplied money to a grocery store owner known to Naseer through his accomplices. Money was reaching Naseer from him. Naseer used this money not only for lawyers but also for his secret work in jail. Before Junaid, Naseer was financially supported by Nasir Madani, a Kerala-based politician and another accused in the 2008 Bangalore serial blasts case. Officials said that Junaid had made financial arrangements for Naseer after Madani was released from jail on bail. According to CCB sources, suspected terrorist Naseer was surprised to see Junaid's rapid growth after he preached Jihad in jail and appointed him to LeT. During interrogation, Naseer admitted that LeT had contacted Junaid. Officials said Naseer said he was surprised to see Junaid flourish in the LeT organization after he was released from jail. 26 lakhs to the account of his accomplice Zaheed Tabrez in order to carry out acts of vandalism in Bangalore. The money was sent by suspected militant Junaid. The police have informed that Zaheed used some of the money for his own expenses and distributed the remaining money to the other four.
